Bright & Sons can also provide a range of Notary Public and E-Notarisation services for both individuals and commercial organisations.   

Notarial services for individual and personal requirements include powers of attorney, declarations, affidavits, oaths, general notarization of documents for use abroad and copy documents.  

A Notary Public can act for companies and international groups of corporate solicitors and accountants in notarizing and legalizing assignments and powers of attorney to register trade marks in many overseas trade mark registers.  

A Notary Public can also offer translation and interpreting services for most languages and frequently legalize documents at the Foreign Office and Consulates.
